The partners of the Interreg NAPOCTEP project of Napoleonic routes between Spain and Portugal commemorate the Bicentenary of Napoleon's death on the island of St. Helena with an exclusive interview with Charles Bonaparte, descendant of the emperor's family.

Charles Bonaparte, economist and politician, is founder and president of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities which brings together more than 70 cities from Russia to Portugal. This organization manages since 2015 the European Cultural Itinerary "Destination Napoleon" of the Council of Europe in which the Napoleonic routes of the Interreg NAPOCTEP project are included.
